Elite lessons are for athletes who are at least 13 years old and have a firm grasp of the fundamentals. We love making defense fun! We don’t just put you though reps, we make sure your form and headspace are optimized to make every single rep and touch valuable. We teach skills and concepts that prepare you to make the most out of practice in your own time. Of course you get a lot of reps that are guaranteed to challenge you at your level! (60 minutes)
Only three players per school may attend these single skill sessions per OHSAA rules.
