Elite lessons are for athletes who are at least 13 years old and have a firm grasp of the fundamentals. Coaches Tim and Matt love teaching attackers to be aggressive and accurately hit the shots that you need to score! (60 minutes)

Elite lessons are for athletes who are at least 13 years old and have a firm grasp of the fundamentals. Coach Tim and Matt have put together attacking sessions for small groups, to focus on the single skill and allow you to get maximum reps while receiving valuable feedback. This session is for attackers of all positions and a level beyond beginner, more to the travel team (younger athletes) or high school level players! (60 minutes)

Only three players per school may attend these single skill sessions per OHSAA rules.
